"Having a new tile backsplash installed by Paul 5 months ago I was nervous about replacing the 19 year old microwave above the range. Never thought to do it when Paul was installing the tile, of course. Texted Paul to ask if he installed microwaves and within a couple of minutes he replied yes. Told him I was concerned that the top row of tile may have to be removed. He immediately called me and we discussed on the phone. Told me that it would be a few weeks for him to get over and since I hadn't even bought the replacement oven, I had no issue. When we found the perfect replacement I removed the old microwave and still wasn't sure if the new one would cause us to lose a row of tile. I texted Paul and he came over in a few days, measured, drilled and mounted the bracket and microwave. Turns out that the tile did not have to be removed and the new microwave is perfectly mounted and works great."

"The fence was fine, but many years after the install I attempted to fix an issue that I assumed was caused buy the ground settling, I discovered what in my opinion was a **** poor installation. I had mistakenly assumed that all of the posts for the vinyl fence would have been installed and set in concrete BELOW frost level. When I started to work on the issue of the corner of the fence sagging I discovered that the corner post was cut off 1 inch below ground level and not set in cement which i paid for. After a few years of struggling with the fence gate I discovered the issue with the poorly installed corner post. So, I called Sweezy fence in Whitman mass to report the issue I got a response that I would hope other customers don't get. " Bla Bla Bla - we've been in business for 50 years, and this isn't our mistake". I fixed the issue with a days worth of labor, but wasn't happy with the shoddy installation of the corner post. Look at the attached picture and ask if this is how you would like your fence to look."
