"We worked with VAP Contracting for the renovation of our master bathroom after evaluating proposals from this company and a couple of others. It was easy to work with Victor and his team throughout the process. They were always courteous and professional, and kept the work areas very clean. The quality of the work was excellent and the cost was very competitive. In addition, Victor accommodated all of our requests on scheduling. We would highly recommend VAP Contracting for similar work."

"Great work in a timely manner at a fair price."

"Danny and his crew were extremely professional. He was honest and reliable. They did a wonderful job with the renovation and Danny went above and beyond with helping to make suggestions when we were being indecisive. Did a great job rewiring all of the cables and awesome job refinishing hardwood floors. A little pricey but they definitely did more than a solid job! Would use again and would recommend."

"LRL Designs drew the blueprint, designed my kitchen & 2 bathrooms and created a new entrance to my dining room, which created a much more open floor plan in my main floor. I love the way everything turned out and am very grateful for the professionalism and dedication from the designer. She was a pleasure to work with."

"We hired Riji Home Improvements to do a gut renovation of our kitchen. As this was our first renovation we were a bit nervous, but the guys (Pedro & Luis) were a pleasure to work with. They answered all of our questions along the way and provided the necessary guidance along the way. The project finished within the timeline we were initially provided and there were no "hidden" or "surprise" costs that came up along the way. If were to ever need another kitchen redone we would definitely use them again."

"I was very pleased and satisfied with the work that Loja Renovation provided. They replaced and installed a medicine cabinet by removing old tiles and replaced with new tiles to accommodate the new one. Patched a wall where a bathroom cabinet was removed. And replaced a tub spout with a new one. I would hire the again and recommend them to others."

""Recently, I had my master bathroom and bedroom renovated, and I am thrilled with the results. The transformation is simply remarkable! In the master bathroom, we opted for a complete overhaul. The old shower was replaced with a stunning new one, and the polished tiles added a touch of elegance to the space. The wainscoting on the bathroom walls added a beautiful texture, and the heated floors made stepping out of the shower a delight. Additionally, the new floor tiles provided a fresh and modern look to the whole bathroom. The newly installed recessed lighting added a warm and inviting ambiance to the space, making it a pleasure to relax and unwind after a long day. Moving on to the master bedroom, I decided to give it a facelift as well. The wainscoting accent wall became the centerpiece of the room, adding a touch of sophistication and character. The new recessed lighting created a cozy and serene atmosphere, allowing us to have the perfect lighting for any mood. To complete the look, trim was added to the ceiling perimeter, giving the room a finished and polished appearance. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the home improvement work that was done. The attention to detail, quality of craftsmanship, and exceptional choice of materials made all the difference. It's evident that the professionals who completed the project took great pride in their work. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to enhance their home's functionality, style, and comfort.""

"Expert general contractor, capable of handling a major renovation. Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring the work product/outcome is up to very high standards. Danny and his team helped with the design/layout/implementation of, among other things, a full kitchen renovation, 3 story staircase replacement, flooring, entire home painting, and a bathroom/closet renovation. He was always responsive and available throughout the project. Highest of recommendations!"
