I liked the promptness but the written estimate provided us indicated an installed price of approximately $1,200/window or approximately double what I was expecting based from my visit to the store. Also provided was a Jeld-Wen vinyl window price of approximately $600 installed should I want to go more "economical". No storm door estimate was provided. Overall, nice guys so I'll give them an overall fair grade, but I was naturally disappointed in the price guesstimating/estimating so I can't grade any higher.
