"The experience from beginning to end was very professional. Russell came by to look at my roof and then sat down with me to go over what he saw, what he recommended and next steps. I've never had my roof replaced before, so that's why I gave 4 stars on price because I don't know what is expensive or inexpensive for roofing. Infinity Exteriors was in between the other two companies that provided me a quote, but the professionalism and communication is what did it for me. Once I signed the paperwork, I was later assigned a project manager who would give me updates and call me to let me know when I would be expecting materials and a dumpster to arrive at the house. The project manager showed up the day of the project and followed up with me after completion to do a walk through before final payment. Overall, they did an amazing job. No complaints here!"

"We had a roof that needed cap shingle replacement prior to the sale of the home due to degradation of the previous shingles of the wrong type. Weather Pro Exteriors had someone out quickly to provide an estimate and they were able to schedule the repair within a week. The customer service was excellent and they were easy to work with. Pricing was significantly lower than another quote I received and we are happy with the work performed. Very personable and responsive!"

"I paid the fee to Angies List. The inspection was thorough and he tacked down some looseshingles. He took the time to give me roof warning signs and to discuss different methods of roofing. I was very impressed and will call him when i need a new roof"

"Style Exteriors did a fantastic job with my new roof. The salesman (Jay) was great to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. The crew showed up on time, finished in a timely manner and did a great job cleaning up. I have had several neighbors compliment me on how beautiful the new roof looks. A+ all the way!"

"The good:
They were polite, neat, and pretty fast in getting to our home for service.
They did the demo and got the dryers going promptly, which probably saved the carpeting - half of the carpet pad was shot and removed. I thought the price had included getting the new padding and reinstalling it after the stuff was dry. The area was pretty small & I didn't think it was going to be a major $ matter to get the carpet reinstalled after the dry - out.
I chose not to go through my homeowner's policy, as I have a high deductible and this was a fairly small job.
The not so good:
Although I appreciate their getting the work done, I feel a little misled. They did do demolition and drying out from flooding, but, they told me later, they do not do reinstallation of anything. There was a delay on their part to pick up the dryers, so, I think we ended up paying extra rental fees for lots of dryers that were running for quite a few extra days. They had said they would pick them up on a Thursday, but, they couldnt get here until Monday of the next week.  I got other contractors to quote the drywall, painting and carpet work. Strangely, when they came to pick up the dryers, they offered to do the rebuild work the next day - for an additional fee that was never quoted. It was all kind of awkward. When I told them that I thought their original quote had included replacing the carpet pad, I was told that that was a conversation I had with their boss, not them. I never met their boss, just talked to him on the phone. It was sort of like I was dealing with two different companies. 
Anyway, it did all get squared away, but, when I calculated the hours of time spent on the work, the effective hourly rate was pretty high. I would just warn any others to make clear what is, and is not, included in the quoted work. I have no issues with the work that was done, and, I think they were very professional and careful.

"Tyler, my roof inspector was a really nice guy and even told me he can come back and check everything out after a week or two of the project completion. The roofing crew was very fast, efficient they showed up at 7am and left by 4pm. The clean up was awesome and they left my home better than they found it. Manuel called me a couple days before install to ask good questions and discuss how the day will go, he understood I wouldn’t be home. I wasn’t home for the project and the communication was remarkable. Thank you Tyler for helping pick out color of shingles, and thank you Tory for helping schedule and Evan my project manager for confirming my projects and good through communication. Thank you SemperFi so much for your help for locating bad sheets of moldy wood and replacing them!"

"Everyone we dealt with was responsive, reliable, and courteous. They showed up when they said they would and did excellent work. They use quality materials and do the work right. We were a little put off by their hard sell tactics. If they hadn't come so highly recommended by a trusted source we probably would have gone with a different company. However, we are glad we hired them. They did a great job and we expect the roof to last for years."

"Installation went very well, was completed in less time than originally estimated. Installers cleaned everything up and demonstrated features. Was completely happy with the installers and installation.
Only issues I had were communication issues: The first appointment was set up for 10:30 am, then the morning of the appointment I received a call confirming our 11:30 appointment; and I called immediately upon receiving the awning to set up an installation appointment, a tentative date was discussed but I did not receive a call or e-mail confirming the date, I had to call back to follow-up to confirm the date.
