"The salesman was great however when it came time for installation, the door was not at all done the way we had thought it would be done. (installer said it could not be done the way we had discussed with the salesman)  Installation took a lot longer than even they anticipated and a part had to be ordered as the installer cut a piece too short.  Anyway it took over a month to finally get the installation finished from the time it was started.  Seems like a long time from when the windows come in until they are even able to schedule an installation.  Their work was good and I assume we will not have any trouble with them.  Since it is a sun porch and it was not completed until the end of Dec., we have not had occasion to try them out.

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

The job was performed in an expeditious, yet meticulous manner; I have experienced leaking problems each year over the past 4 years with my enclosed deck installed by another company. However, given the excessive amount of snow, which accumulated on my roof over this past winter, there has been no water/ice leakage; and after torrential rain storms, I have not experienced any leakage as well. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
