They installed handles to our kitchen cabinets, installed a range vent, a toilet bowel and medicine cabinet within 3 1/2 hours. Not only that, they cleaned up and discarded the old items. "The whole process was detailed and well done. This was in a new home construction and Curt took the time to make sure the vision I had was brought to life. He custom designed the medicine cabinet in the master bathroom. Had our countertops and vanities set at the height we requested. The only issue I had was some lack of communication to let me know when there were issues getting the one bathroom vanity and letting me know timing of when someone would be coming to do the installations. Other then that the we overall are pleased with the work done."

"We had a two projects handled by Mark (bathroom renovation and adjoining mud room refurbish).  Dealing with the remains due to a radiator explosion during our absence - we were devastated and did not think there would be any way to rebuild and repair the remains .We contacted Mark  who we found on Angie's List - who came over to assess the situation.  
 After about an hour, he came up with a great plan.  His price quote was totally fair - considering the amount of work needed to be done.
We decided to hire Mark. Within a couple of weeks the job began. Proper insulation, expert electrical and plumbing choices were put into action for the bathroom.  Mark installed outlets and venting for a stackable washer/dryer. The sheetrock, crown moulding, tile and antique pedestal sink and faucet installation is flawless.  Mark even installed custom lights on either side of the bathroom mirror and overhead lighting. A vintage door was painted and installed for the bathroom.  His overall bathroom paint job is perfect.
Our mudroom, which has custom wood paneling was practically ruined from the radiator explosion.  At first, we were not sure it would be salvageable, but once again, Mark came to the rescue - sanding, restaining and replacing the sheetrock ceiling and repairing an antique glass paneled door.The final result is amazing - even better than the original job done eight years ago.  Mark is totally professional, honest and an absolute pleasure to work with. 
We are beyond happy with our new bathroom and mudroom. 
So, after much time being anxious about having  home renovation done - and the dealings that a contractor brings in tow, let me say only three words...

"First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."

"We used Angie’s list to find a contractor to work on our main floor and second floor bathroom (and some other minor work). After several contractors visited our home and told us that they could not convert our main floor bathroom to a full (or quoted an excessive price for the work), we ultimately called CM Contracting after reviewing their ratings on Angie’s list and other sites. In our initial phone consultation, both the head contractor (Chris) and his son (Tyler, also a licensed contractor) were professional, prompt and timely with scheduling a visit. Within 48 hours, Chris and Tyler arrived to the home, accessed both bathrooms and discussed the scope of work required. Unlike other contractors who came up with a number on the spot, CM Contracting said they would research our building plans and get back to us with a number. After a week, we were contacted with a quote and request for a followup meeting. After meeting face to face to discuss the price, we agreed upon the work and a start date, and they acquired all permits needed for the scope of work. At the beginning of work, Tyler took incredible steps to ensure dust and debris would be clear from the main floor by taping paper down on the wood floors and vacuuming/sweeping at the end of the work day. He also did a great job managing his subcontractors, which resulted in a timely completion of the work. His electrician Ken did incredible work with wiring the bathroom and fans in the bedrooms. His plumber Don also did an incredible job removing a non-functioning water softener, plumbed two bathrooms, and installed additional control valves. Most importantly, everyone involved warrantied their work, which is a huge financial relief when choosing a contractor for your home. Overall, we were happy with the daily interactions we had with CM Contracting and their subcontractors and we are very happy with our experience."

"We called Gennaro after a plumber cancelled on us in the middle of a large bathroom remodeling project we had planned over a month in advance involving tile work from a separate contractor.
