"I would recommend Ferentino Design for all your remodeling needs. Danny was easy to work with and addressed every concern promptly and professionally. Our decision to hire Danny originally was based on 2 things (`1) When most other contractors suggested to incorporate a pump to push water out of kitchen sink, Danny agreed to build plumbing similar to that existing in the upstairs part of the house. (2) He also agreed to tile the entire 2,500 sq ft basement with porcelain tiles. This was something the other contractors were not willing to spend effort on. Danny performed both of these conditions well. We had our entire basement finished with a couple of office rooms, bathroom, kitchen, living area, dining area and great room. We had new electric line put in to increase electricity to the house to supply the large basement. Installation of new HVAC system, along with new duct work was done. Lights and fans were installed as requested. Coffered ceilings, trey ceilings and trim were built to match the upstairs part of the house. After completing our basement project, Danny worked on another project for us: he pressure washed and stained our deck and made repairs on the deck where needed. We loved the quality of Danny's work.
