"We had Renew Property Solutions remove our existing asphalt driveway and replaced with concrete. I first reached out on a Sunday evening and Chris contacted me first thing on Monday to schedule an appointment to review the project. Upon meeting with Chris we went over the details of the project and spoke about possible timing of the work. Chris indicated they were out about 3-4 weeks, depending on weather which I completely understood, also working in construction. We received the proposal which was very detailed on scope of work to be performed which we appreciated as we were making slight modifications from our existing layout. Once we finalized the agreement the work was completed within the 3-4 window Chris had originally mentioned, which I was pleasantly surprised with due to the weather during that time! Our project consisted of about 34 yards of concrete, and associated asphalt removal. Work was completed in 2-3 days and we could not be any happier with the end product. Chris's team took pride in their work, worked diligently, and made sure that we were happy by keeping us informed. Upon completion of work the work area was cleaned up and edges backfilled. We also appreciated the consideration of the location of the sawcut joints as our drive fell in between our house and detached garage (that are not parallel with each other) to provide for an aesthetically pleasing layout. In summary, if you are on the fence about attempting to do your driveway on your own like I was, or not, do yourself a favor and just call Renew Property Solutions and have them do it for you!"

"They first gave a fairly detailed quote, then in about a month came back to do the work.  They use a pier system and do all the excavation by hand so it does not tear up the yard.  Takes a little longer but in the end i was very good work.  Had to add on a lot of pipe, that should have been noted on the contract and agreed to before it was done, but in the end they only charged for the actual pipe used to pier to foundation.  Very good at clean up.  Recommend them highly if you want a fair and honest job.

"They were right on time, didn't waste any time, got the job done efficiently, cleaned up the area, and they were off to their next job. Despite having underestimated the thickness of the concrete, I thought it was 3" to 4" thick; it was turned out to be 6" to 8" thick, something that didn't bother them and they stuck to our agreement. The landing was 18' long and 4' wide. It was a job well done. They also pour, stamp, seal and color concrete. "Once we could get good weather for three day with not too much rain before doing the work it was clock work. Demolition on Tuesday and installation of foundation boards and leveling and tamping of foundation we were ready for the pour on Wednesday morning. Started pouring around 10:30 and had the pour complete a little after noon. His finishers work until about 4, put in the correct amount of joints both vertical and horizontal and applied a broom finish. Tony put on the seal coat on Wednesday afternoon and was back on Thursday morning with top soil to fill in the edges. Minimal disruption to yard was done. My original drive was 42 years old and I know that this will outlast the original because it was done correctly with proper joints. I highly recommend Tony and will use him again if and when my patio needs to be replaced. He install a curb on the back of the turn around at no additional cost as a safety precaution, something that I asked if could be done. Final cost was about $7.20 per sq foot. This included all demo work, demolition of old drive, hauling away of old concrete, additional sub gravel (10 yards), 4000psi concrete with fiber, proper jointing with broom finish (my request..he can do anything you want), seal coat and top soil fill. No litter, no debris and a great crew. Very pleased with the quality of work and Tony was great to work with. Did everything he said he would and more. Use Tony and you will get an excellent result,"
