"Orlando and his team went above and beyond! During any remodel project there are normally unforeseen things that come up or things that you would like to add on or incorporate into the project. They were quick to adapt and more than happy to accommodate and offer potential solutions or ideas to improve upon what we originally discussed. We began this project 1,000 miles away. We had never met Orlando, but were impressed with our initial conversation over the phone. He was the only one that went out to our home and gave us an estimate. What sold us was he said he was going to treat our project/home just like it was his. He started the project and kept us posted along the way. After 10 long days we were able to finally get to meet Orlando and his team and see our remodeled house for the first time. Needless to say we were impressed! They cleanup up well and completed the project in a timely fashion. We already have plans in the works for Floac's to do some additional work in the very near future."

"I don’t write many reviews, but I was inspired to write this one. It’s rare to find a company when you are doing a remodeling project that is competitive, professional, communicates well and does a great job in all aspects of the project. Our experience with Bradley Construction was all that and more. From the very first contact with Mr. Bradley through all the steps in our kitchen remodel (replace granite, sink, new appliance install and rebuild of pony wall) the team from Bradley Construction was “on it”. Clear and easy to understand invoicing was also part of our experiences…. there were simply no surprises, and the job was done in a very reasonable time frame. Hats off to our project manager, Rick, and to all of Terry’s team, especially Marcus – I could not give a stronger recommendation. We have had some challenges with construction teams in the past, but not this time – they simply tell you what they are going to do and then they deliver – and the end result was exactly what we had hoped for!"

"We purchased a lake home that was built in the late 80's and was extremely dated. I hired Bradley Construction because of their great customer reviews. They did not disappoint! The reno involved removing vinyl siding and replacing with cement fiber board, painting interior and exterior, adding stacked stone to facade and fireplace, painting kitchen cabinets and installing granite in the kitchen and guest bath. Also removed almost the entire rear wall of the house and re-framed for a 12' slider for maximum lake view and access to a new deck. The old small deck was replaced with a beautiful new deck that spans the entire rear of the house, creating a large and beautiful outdoor space. They also had to remove several areas of concrete walkways and a large concrete parking pad, and pour a new walkway and enlarged parking pad for two vehicles. We had a moderate amount of electrical work done as well... From my very first meeting with Terry, to my daily contact with Stephen and many of their crews, I've been highly impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. The work is very high quality... They turned a tired old lake shack into a beautiful home... I highly recommend Bradley Construction! By the way, Stephen, my project manager, went way above and beyond on many occasions... He is a rock star..."
