"We hired Mike initially to fix the drywall and paint the interior of the condo that we were planning to move in. He was very easy to communicate from the beginning to the end, showed up on time and worked hard every day, did a thorough job that did not miss any details and gave us a very fair price. Because we liked him so much, we ended up hiring him for other jobs including plumbing, lighting, installing appliances and cabinet painting. "Excellent communication skills. He responded quickly to questions, did a very good job keeping us updated on the project's progress and he was pro-active about working out logistical details before the project start date. The communication aspect of the experience was quite refreshing compared to other contractor experiences we have endured in the past. Quality of the work was exceptional! The painted walls look great and the wall repairs that happened before the painting also are spotless. He left the house clean and there was no mess to clean up after the work was done. "The deck, chandelier, handrail, and UV projects were done in October. The windows required a special order and were installed on two consecutive days in December. Mr. Jackson and his employees did an excellent job. They are efficient and courteous, and left the work areas very clean. Chris is knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. It is difficult to make a definitive price comparison, as we did not get estimates from other contractors, but we trust Chris—I had hired him for work on a previous house—and feel that his prices were very fair and reasonable. Casement windows are expensive and we expected that; the new ones are excellent. While here to do the windows the guys also moved a heavy chest from the garage up to our second floor, a task we could not have done ourselves. We can highly recommend Chris Jackson’s Contracting. Wonderful to work with, he has done dry wall repair, painting and refinishing my hard wood floors . The job came out excellent so I have him back doing some of my bedrooms . Painting and refinishing floors. This time he will also be hanging wall paper. I recommend them highly . The finished product is amazing."
