"We're very pleased with the final result, but oh what an ordeal to get there. First of all, Gary subcontracted the installation without telling us. The sub brought the wrong window because Gary didn't tell him which one was required by our contract. Worst of all, Gary's installation drawing was wrong. Based on the drawing, the sub installed the window too high, requiring a lot of re-work. The sub told me that Gary wouldn't pay for any additional time or materials to fix the error. I ended up paying extra directly to the sub so he could get the supplies needed to complete the job correctly. When there were issues, Gary could not be reached by me nor his subcontractor. He simply would not return phone calls. Although the sub's workmanship was very good, he was very unreliable. We spent several days waiting for him and he didn't show up nor call. Also, he should have caught the error in Gary's drawing much sooner. After the foundation was cut, a simple pull of a tape measure would have shown that there wasn't enough room for the window and a 10" header. Start to finish it was 15 days to complete a 2-day job. During that time they worked on six different days for a total of about 38 hours."

"SUPER. After submitting my original request for a quote with all pertinent measurements, I received a quote within 2 days of my submission. After checking the measurements on the quote, I discovered some errors in my measurements and contacted the company. They returned my call in 1 day. After I gave them the changes, they emailed me a new copy of the quote, the price was the same but reflected my changes. I approved the quote and submitted payment method. 3 weeks later the door was delivered to my house. Door was manufactured of 12 gauge steel and coated with oxide primer coating as promised by the company. The measurements I supplied to Steelway were adhered to exactly, it was a perfect fit. Completely professionally manufactured in a very reasonable period of time. The cellar door was shipped from PA to GA via truck and arrived without any damage. I could not have been more pleased with the end product. The fit was good that it took less than 1 hour to install it. I would highly recommend Steelway Cellar Doors. The price was only slightly higher than any of the available standard doors which would not fit. I would give them 10 Stars if that was available."

"Work was done quickly and efficiently. Quality of the effort and the windows was very good (they were not premium windows) and looked and functioned as well as any window I've used. The install quality was very good and I being somewhat picky, was very surprised and satisfied with the work. After work was done and inspection, there was no need for a call back. "I hired Window & Door Outlet to replace nearly all of the windows in my home. Sam was very helpful and not at all pushy. After shopping around I went with Window & Door Outlet as the Sunrise Windows that they sell seemed to have some of the best performance characteristics, warranty, and overall positive reviews. The price was also very competitive. Installation of 25 or so windows took 2 days and was scheduled 2-3 weeks after the order was placed, just as anticipated. I was very pleased working with Sam and the ordering process but the installation has some room for improvement. The installation crew was not Window & Door employees, which I was not aware of. They didn't do a great job protecting and dented or loosened a handful of the window sills as they pryed out the old windows. They also left bits or insulation, vinyl, and shards of glass in the yard. They got the job done and were friendly but there is room for improvement. Also as an FYI.... I opted to get low-e glass since the additional cost was minimal. The low-e coating that Sunrise uses is not great visually (in my opinion). It has a pronounced green tint to it, though others may not find the tint to be an issue. We're getting used to it. In the photo the left window is an original window that hadn't been replaced yet and the right is the new Sunrise window with low-e coating. Overall I was pleased with Window & Door Outlet and would use them again as well as recommend them to others, though request a different installation company."

"We moved into our house and discovered that all 3 entry doors did not open or close properly. We went to the showroom and met with Bryan Russo, who was extremely helpful and honest. He didn't push anything on us that we didn't need. We got a quote for all 3 doors, and when Bryan came out to measure, he let me know that two of the doors could be repaired instead of replaced (and for a very, very reasonable price). We ordered a new door, and hardware for all 3 doors. Bryan was very responsive throughout the process. Burt the installer was fantastic, friendly, and very thorough. The new door looks great, and the old doors function like they are brand new. We were so pleased with the work from the doors that when we learned we needed 3 new windows, we only looked here. Bryan again was very helpful and didn't upsell anything. The window installation was also easy and smooth. Bryan checked in after both jobs to see how things went. If we need more work done in the future, we'll definitely use Lawrenceville Home Improvement again!"

"All work was accomplished in one day. All windows were protected by plywood and tarps including shrubbery in way of removal. All debris was loaded on truck and hauled away. Area around the house was throughly cleaned leaving no debris or nails. <br />"

"We have used Ton Adams twice to install windows. Our interactions leading up to installation were positive. Expect to wait for an installation date though. It did take a while to get dates on the calendar both times. The crew lead by Jay is awesome, and we requested them multiple times. They are professional, friendly and personable. They took the time to do the installation correctly, and they also took the time to talk to us about issues or info about the windows. There were a couple minor issues. One involved a delivered screen that was not the right size. The other involved a broken piece of one window. Both issues were addressed professionally and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. As mentioned it can take some time to get things scheduled."
