"One of the best experiences we had in a long time. Our sump pump broke on Saturday and the water level was high. We found done right today from Angie’s list and called them first. They told us they are completing another job and could come in 2 hours. They were in hour house in less then 2 hours gave us 3 options for replacing the pump and completed the job before noon so we had time to run our errands. They did not charge extra for a weekend call and were very professional. Cleaned up after they finished everything and took time to explain everything they have done. Wonderful service!"

Our project manager, Joe, did a thorough evaluation of the moisture content of our block foundation (unlike another contractor who sent a salesman with a hard sell speech), and described our water issue and its potential solutions in detail. We had an interior drainage system installed on three exterior walls of an addition to our house, along with a sump pump. Joe moved many of the items in our basement as part of the prep work, and his crew did an excellent job keeping the dust from the concrete removal to an absolute minimum. The final floor blends perfectly with the old concrete, and the system is performing exceptionally well. The work was done in a day with an appropriately-staffed crew of 6. The clean up afterward was excellent. As with any major construction project, questions or issues arise. "Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job.
