"I couldn't be happier with my experience.  I had been trying to get this job done for three years.  The previous estimates, when I actually got them, were extremely high.  Mike and Mike came over and gave us a fair estimate and worked with us to extend the bottom landing.  I was also excited that they were able to do the stamped concrete at a reasonable price.  They showed up on time and had the old steps removed in one day.  The job site was always safe and neat.  They also took exceptional care of my landscaping which was located extremely close to where the steps were poured.  Mike did a beautiful job stamping the steps, taking extra time to go back and add detailing to it.  They were able to make the concrete coordinate with the existing stone planters I had.  While the entire process took about two weeks (with the powerwashing and sealing), Mike always called and came when he said he would.  I did have to make several phone calls to get the initial estimate but this seems to be pretty standard among concrete companies and we did play some phone tag.  Overall, I couldn't be happier with how the steps turned out. They are beautiful and  I am already planning a project for next spring."

"Joe came to my home to give me an estimate and find out exactly what I needed. He measured the area and gave me some suggestions. Then he showed me different patterns and colors. I knew the type of pattern I wanted but couldn't decide on a color. I wanted to have it look natural. He suggested a color he had recently come up with on his own. He called it "burnt banana" even though it wasn't yellow. I decided that was the color most suited for my back yard. We established a date for the work to begin. I was trying to surprise a family member so we had to be careful communicating . Joe was very accomodating. I offered to give him a deposit before he started work but he declined the offer. He started the day and time we had arranged. His crew was very courteous and respectful of me and my property. They took care not to trample plants ect. I have 2 dogs so we had to accommodate them when they needed to use the yard. He made up a makeshift walkway before he left for them to enter the yard without ruining his work in progress. At every step of the way he asked if I was happy with the progress and made sure Any questions or concerns were handled. The work was completed on time - 3 days- and he made sure everything was tidy before he was done. There was no surprises with the bill. It was exactly what we had ageed on. It looked great!
