"Wesley’s prices are competitive and was willing to do a compete service including cleaning the soffit. We have a second story over hang with columns that were chipping and peeling. Wesley talked about the process of power washing, sanding, and painting. Everything went well and looks great. We also have 2 bay windows with over hangs that were white. We had them painted bronze. The finish looked a little more matte than we expected so I called Wesley who was very responsive and he explained that the brand of exterior paint only had satin or a gloss finish. We wanted to try the gloss and he was happy to repaint it. We were happy with the results and would use Wesley again"

"Job done Nov. 2017, for $600 total, and I gave it no thought until after our first very cold snap in 2018 when water started spouting out from top, middle, bottom, everywhere, in every direction, from rain spout gutter. So I hired a contractor to fix problem; he found solid ice which had trapped mounds of leaf debris that had been left in roof gutters, which was damaging the rain spout. He took photos which I'll be happy to send. He said, and I could see, that either the gutters hadn't been cleaned well, or the leaf guard thing didn't work. I waited until I received his written bill for the repair, as I thought was standard procedure, before contacting Roswell myself, directly. I left a voicemail message explaining my situation and requested a call-back. The woman who returned my call was dismissive; she barely listened to me but kept saying the same thing to me 4 times----that I should have called them instead of my own contractor to fix the problem----even though I patiently explained to her that since I had no idea that the gutter debris left from their job was the cause of the problem it wouldn't have occurred to me or anyone else to call Roswell. After 4 times I gave up as it became clear to me the woman had no interest in my problem or in helping me; in fact she sounded fairly gleeful as she dismissed my attempts to get her to understand the situation by repeatedly telling me that I was the one who had made the mistake since I didn't call Roswell back when I experienced trouble with my rain spout. I offered photos, and told her I guess I'd have to contact Angie's List. I hoped this might make her start paying attention to me instead of continuting to tell me how wrong I was, but it didn't."

"Overall it was a bumpy ride, but the end result is very good.  I feel the supervisor was basically absent from the job, and clearly did not ensure the crew understood exactly what was to be painted.  I had to inspect and supervise the job from start to finish, and ended up having to bring them back twice to finish the job because areas were either not given a second coat, or were missed altogether.  The end result is fantastic, but only because I was such a stickler and made them come back and fix things to my satisfaction.  I would still recommend them because their price was great as compared to multiple other estimates, and the quality of their work is strong, as long as you are willing to stay on top of them and inspect thoroughly.  Throughout the job, they were very respectful, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves very well."
