"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. Each gentleman from this business was polite, courteous, and hard working. I felt so badly because the concrete the men had to drill through was much thicker than expected and the water since the ground was so saturated kept flowing in and so they had to do so much extra work! They did not complain one bit and worked so incredibly hard to finish in a timely manner and unfortunately for them it took them until almost 6pm but they worked diligently until the job was done! I was so impressed with everyone from start to finish and appreciated all they did to keep everything clean and tidy up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again if needed and I highly recommend them! I thought the price was very fair especially in light of all the extra work but they did not charge me extra money for that!

"I saw a coupon for installation of a Viper toilet.  After doing some research on this brand I decided to get 2 for my home.  They work great and the installer was so professional.  They appeared promptly when they were scheduled to and did a great job.  They disposed of the old toilets and cleaned up the work area when they were done.  We loved the toilets and firm so much that we bought 2 more toilets for another property.  After a couple of months, one of the toilets started to "run".  They came back out and explained to me how pieces of the Clorox tablets I was using in the tank was getting caught under the flapper.  They did not charge me for this service call.  I highly recommend 24/7 Plumbing and I would not hesitate to use the for any plumbing needs in the future.

"Remove replace tile roof, reusing existing tile. Price was significantly lower than other contractors $30K vs $50K. Work quality reflect low price. Communication very poor (had to call them repeatedly to get any info), took very long time (4months) which was not necessarily a problem. clean up poor (still finding nails/screws). squirrels still getting in attic. Gutters installed without leveling so water is ponding, not draining. Workers very pleasant but management non existent. Got cheap which is what I paid for. Hindsight, should have paid more to get better quality"
