"I inquired about having my gutters cleaned. I contacted 4 vendors via Angie's list. I heard back from three of them. U-Save Gutter's price was comparable to the other vendors. I chose to contract with U-Save Gutter's because they were prompt to reply, courteous and really appreciative of the possibility to do the work. Once I decided to go with them, they were here the next day. Said they'd be here before 12 and actually showed up first thing in the morning. They were polite and professional. I live in a townhouse. Once they saw my section of gutter tied into my neighbors, they still cleaned the gutter without adjusting the price that now included my neighbors' section. They did a repair that prevented me and my neighbor from having to replace a section of gutter - again, still the same price as originally quoted. They also tightened up a few spots. In all interactions before during and after, they were wonderful. I highly recommend and will use them again if/when needed."

"They always do a great job at a fair price. They initially had an opening the day after I put in the request but had to reschedule for Monday. They were out here first thing in the morning and got right to work and were finished very quickly. Extremely satisfied. They also didn't charge me extra for the gutter guards that they had previously installed a couple years ago. I highly recommend this company. Many of the other reviews mention no shows and lack of communication which was not my experience with them. I chatted with them through Angie's list for all communication each time I have used them (4 times total) and everything went smoothly. They can't control the weather so you can expect reschedules for this type of work."

"All scheduling was done through Hope, a very nice woman who was pleasant and accommodating.  I called midway through one week and as the employees were at a conference, the estimate was scheduled for first thing the following Monday morning which was fine as this was not an emergency repair.  The man who came to do the estimate was friendly and took a picture of the old flanges to show me what the problem was.  He said that my roof was in pretty good shape otherwise, though there is one area of possible concern that we should just keep our eyes on.  I was very pleased that he didn't seem to be trying to get more money out of us, and in fact there was no attempt to get payment until the job was completely done.  
The repair happened just two days later and this employee was also very nice.  He explained what he would be doing and even asked permission to pull his truck into the driveway.  He did not show me pictures of the finished work, but explained what he had done and I had no reason for complaint.
The final price did not deviate from the estimate at all, and though I did not seek estimates from other companies, I felt that I payed a fair price.  They accept credit cards which I always appreciate (Awards $$!)  I will definitely contact this company for future roofing needs!"

"Highly recommended to anyone who has had to the misfortune of contending with the all too common contractor nightmares! In the end, it was hard not to move forward especially with the "no money down" aspect of the contract! The roof on the first property in Easton was in poor shape, clearly long overdue for an overhaul. We knew it was going to be a major undertaking. And so going into it, I was nervous, expecting the worse and really not looking forward to dealing with disappearing contractors. So I posted the work in Angi and waited, monitoring responses for a few months. The most persistent was Home Genius Exteriors (as you might gather from the other reviews). We considered it an investment in the home and with a little reinforcement of some BBB research, we were good to go. We made the appointment and what we walked away with was comfort, trust and confidence. The negotiations were reasonable, straightforward and in my opinion, fairly priced. HGE fulfilled on on their promised - "one day turn-around" and delivered a high quality roof and gutter system. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! So pleased in fact, we booked HGE for a second property in Schnecksville! In summary, it was truly a pleasure to meet with Matt C. for the preliminary assessment and contracting for both projects. He is an avid professional who confidently and tactfully shared product and company information; the HGE and Owens-Corning product and the workmanship warrantees. The logistics were expertly coordinated by Emily D. and the construction work/clean-up commenced under the lead of Mike B./Project Manager. The roof was ripped and replaced on one day and the gutter system on the next day, done! And the best part, - No Contractor Nightmares!"
