We had a 9 o'clock appointment and at 9.05 Malcolm called to say he was running late. Bill came out quickly and provided an extremely competitive estimate. They started the following weekday. They arranged for all utility markings and permit, and handled all of the interactions with the utilities and township. They were able to maneuver the new PVC pipe around trees on our lawn so none had to be removed. The work was completed in 3 days total. It would have been completed in 2 days, but one of the utilities did not mark their lines correctly resulting in more work for them, and the township inspector arrived extremely late which delayed them in filling the trench. They worked past 8 pm on two of the days. They came back late one day to clear water that flowed into the trench after a heavy rain. Extremely professional. Super friendly service, and excellent communication throughout the project. They specialize in sewer mains and underground plumbing, and have seen it all. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor!"

"We had a clogged drain/sewer line backing up into our basement at 1:00 a.m. Called Mr. Rooter Plumbing at 1:45 a.m. They were there by 3:00 a.m. The drain was cleared by 4:15 a.m. The plumber they sent was friendly & very professional. It was somewhat expensive since there was a premium for them to come out before 9:00 a.m the next day, but we couldn't use our toilets or run water anywhere in the house. It was worth the additional cost. We have no family close by and thought we might have to rent a hotel room for the rest of the night. Would use Mr. Rooter Plumbing again."
