Before leaving he cleaned the area he was working thoroughly. and reviewed what he had serviced. Dana took the time to explain there was part in my heater that was worn, showed me the problem and assured me that he would order the part and be back to fix it properly. "First off - he called me very quickly after I submitted my request thru Service Magic- he is the ONLY one of the three to call. We had a 9 o'clock appointment and at 9.05 Malcolm called to say he was running late. I appreciated not being left hanging - When he got here, he was friendly and went to work snaking my sewer drain and though the project was a bit bigger than he expected he stuck to his original estimate. I very much appreciated that! Before he left I asked for a ballpark on 2 projects I'd like to do this year and both were quite reasonable. "Mike came to my house within a few hours on a Saturday afternoon, because I told them I have been without a sink, dish washer, etc. Told him I had new counter tops installed and he actually came with me on a 10 mile trip to Lowes to make sure I got all the correct and necessary parts to get the job done.  Then he came back the next night on a Sunday to fix one more thing with the sink at no charge.

"I saw a coupon for installation of a Viper toilet.  After doing some research on this brand I decided to get 2 for my home.  They work great and the installer was so professional.  They appeared promptly when they were scheduled to and did a great job.  They disposed of the old toilets and cleaned up the work area when they were done.  We loved the toilets and firm so much that we bought 2 more toilets for another property.  After a couple of months, one of the toilets started to "run".  They came back out and explained to me how pieces of the Clorox tablets I was using in the tank was getting caught under the flapper.  They did not charge me for this service call.  I highly recommend 24/7 Plumbing and I would not hesitate to use the for any plumbing needs in the future.
