"We needed both outside repair work and inside renovation, and Tom provided excellent work for all of these tasks. He came promptly to inspect what needed to be done, arranged further assessments by his subcontractors, and then provided detailed proposals for everything.
Our outside wooden fence was broken in one area, and we also needed a new fence gate installed. In addition, a number of wooden boards on an outside deck ramp were warped and needed to be assessed and replaced. Our front door wouldn't close properly, and our back door had a broken screen. Tom's crew was professional, highly skilled, and polite, and all these repairs were done well.
Our interior work included the removal of old wall-to-wall carpeting from two rooms and a hallway, and then sanding and finishing of the underlying hardwood floors. The floor specialists that Tom sent did an excellent job, and our floors now look great. The crew safely moved the furniture out and then back in without breaking anything, and they successfully protected the rest of the house from dust.
We also needed interior painting done on five rooms and a hallway, and here too, the painters that Tom sent handled everything very well, completely protecting our furniture and our brand-new flooring. The walls and ceilings that they painted look wonderful.
We were very happy with Total Home Solution, and will definitely use them again in the future.

"Work was fantastic. Response time was immediate. They came to house to give quote I accepted and they began work immediately finished the job in one day and just needed to stop in 2 consecutive days in the morning to finalize as the patch work needed to dry. Repair was a 4’ tall by 3’ wide upside down T shape draywall removed due to leaking plumbing. Wall had curve and needed to match perfectly for trim to fit back on and not show the lines of new drywall. Wall looks as good as new and no repair can be seen after painting. Could not be happier with the entire experience."

I can't say enough good things about the quality of the work, fairness of pricing, how great Loc is to deal with, and the responsiveness and professionalism of the team overall. We got quotes from a few different people and couldn't be happier with our choice. I hate millennial stereotypes, but my dream come true is a responsive contractor who primarily communicates by text. Loc responded promptly, was communicative throughout scheduling the estimate appointment and work, clearly communicated when he was coming and going each day, and would send update pictures at the end of each day's work - his pride in his work is incredible, and it should be. In a matter of less than a week, he stayed exactly on schedule and removed all of our old carpet and sanded, stained, and finished our 110-year old floors and they look better than we could have imagined. He even went above and beyond to fix a few loose boards and transition strips between rooms. You'd be hard pressed to find a better partner for the pride he puts into his work, the value, and finished product."

"Overall it was a bumpy ride, but the end result is very good.  I feel the supervisor was basically absent from the job, and clearly did not ensure the crew understood exactly what was to be painted.  I had to inspect and supervise the job from start to finish, and ended up having to bring them back twice to finish the job because areas were either not given a second coat, or were missed altogether.  The end result is fantastic, but only because I was such a stickler and made them come back and fix things to my satisfaction.  I would still recommend them because their price was great as compared to multiple other estimates, and the quality of their work is strong, as long as you are willing to stay on top of them and inspect thoroughly.  Throughout the job, they were very respectful, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves very well."
