"I highly recommend this company. The technicians name was Anthony and he was amazing! He was very professional, knowledgeable, timely and provided over the top customer service. Although I ended up not having the repair done because I opted to buy a new one, I wanted to share that Anthony noticed my vent to my dryer was not connected properly. I had lent everywhere and not only did he connect it, he offered to clean up the mess behind the dryer. I had the company come out for my wash machine so I was so impressed that he even took the time to address my dryer issue and not charge me to fix the issue. Also their diagnostic fee was the cheapest of all company’s that I called. I felt they were very trustworthy and I will definitely use their services in the future!"
