He diagnosed the cause of my leaky refrigerator, fixed an ill-fitting door gasket, carefully took apart the back of the freezer and drip line assembly, cleaned out the pieces, checked the drip pan and compressor, showed me a couple areas of future concern, removed several blockages and help me clean under and behind the fridge, tested everything and moved it back in place. Very pleased."
