"All in all this was an ok experience. The man who came out to help created a design that I agreed upon and a price that we agreed to. The guys that did the work were friendly and hard working. I was glad I was home during the installation as the guys had a lot of questions. Some of the plants I received were in poor quality, the pavers are loose and worse of all they completely buried my sewer clean out pipe and had to dig up a lot gravel to try to find it for another service that was needed. I felt like this was really negligible. Thank goodness I didn?t have an emergency where I needed that clean out. Photos attached. I would probably not use the service again even though the staff was friendly I?m just not leaving satisfied with all the problems I had. Unfortunately I can?t add photos as the files are too large but trust me if this was my company I would not want my customers to get plants like these."

"Project was huge... it involved gas, electric, water, tiling, pavers - and plants! We interviewed several companies, but after talking with Derek and seeing the design he and his wife were able to create and render in video there was really no question who we would hire. Derek stayed with the project throughout, shopping for tile with us, managing the inevitable change orders and helping convey our thoughts/ideas to the construction crew. The construction crew was multi-disciplined and managed by Darrell... who was fantastic and available to answer questions throughout construction and even after the job was completed. Communication with the office staff was consistent and clear - we always knew when a crew was coming to work. No job of this scope is without snags; the initial set up took longer than we would have liked. The first round of plants did not survive. We even changed a few plan aspects as the crew was working (we were likely considered pains in the neck more than once by more than one crew member - but the message from the workers was always the same... "This is a custom project for you; we want you to be happy." ). We knew there would be snags and would recommend this company highly because they knew how to handle them - and wanted to. The point is not to get it perfect all at once. The point is to get it right. And they did. We would recommend them highly."

"Excellent job! Top notch from start to finish! Honestly I had already made my flooring choices and was only interested in an installer. Rolando came out with samples for an estimate. Based on our conversation he had brought a small hand full of samples. Sure enough one that he brought was much nicer then the one I had originally selected. He gave me a great price on the tile and carpeting. (Very competitive). He was flexible with a start date and the installers were on time, professional and serious about their craft. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy! No regrets at all! I would highly recommend Rolando and his team! First class all the way!
