"I marked up a template with the size of the table, and the company made the pad from the template. The pad was mailed to me."

"Amazing to work with. I provided a rough sketch of our idea and he made it happen. Provided updates along the way and stopped and asked us questions if he was unsure about a specific detail while he was in the process of construction. The table he built was Made to last and have not had any issues."

"We can't say enough good things about Chuck and his crew! We had a total kitchen remodel done that involved tearing down walls and installing new support beams in the attic. Everything from electrical to drywall, to installing new cabinets. From start to finish Chuck was easy to work with. Phone calls were always returned. The work was done in the time frame that was quoted. Every effort was made to contain the "construction dust" and the work area was cleaned and vacuumed before they left for the day. I wish we were able to post photos to show you what an excellent job they did. If you are looking for a contractor that is honest, experienced and a pleasure to work with then Milliman & Sons Builders is who you need to call. Not only would we use them again, we already have Chuck working on our next remodeling project."

"     In order to complete to layout design I submitted a drawing of the room as well as a series of photos.  The website for Homemade design has a questionaire what helps define your overall tastes in design.  I joined Pinterest and started boards for furniture, lighting, bookshelves which were reviewed.  Homemade design comes to New York periodically to meet with clients not in the Boston area and this gave us a chance to meet and select furniture and upholstery at the New York Design center.  This is an extra charge but well worth it since I was completely overwhelmed.  They were extremely patient and guided me through the process.  At one point I decided to move the television which turned out to be a bad idea -- they explained why it would not worked and I concurred competely after I understood the reasons.  So, they are not afraid to tell you if you going down the wrong road. I live in a New York City townhouse and forget that I do not have a whol lot of space even though my house is huge for NYC. So, I had to be told how to "scale" everything to the space we had to work with, which was helpful
I purchased the service several months ago but was not ready to actually decide on the actual purchases until recently. So, the delay in completion is because of my schedule.  I now hope to finish everything by September.

"This was first experience with home remodeling. I recently purchased my first home, and the bathroom needed quite a bit of work. I was referred J & L Brothers Remodeling from a friend at work. I was very happy with every aspect of this process. They were very helpful with working within my budget, working around my schedule at work, helping me choose finishes, and completing the job on time and within budget."

"I want to thank Todd & Tony for the great work. Since my husbands stoke we had requirements for low rise stairs and space to fit everything. Also the price was fair for our requests. I feel like we have an absolute gem. You couldn't have better."

"WE HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH JB CONSTRUCTION.IT STARTED WITH AN INSURANCE CLAIM AND WE ENJOYED THEM SO MUCH AND THEYRE WORK WAS SO GOOD WE ADDED MORE WORK ONTO THE INTIAL INSURANCE JOB. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN DURING THE PROCESS. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS. WE HAD A FEW ISSUES THAT ARISED DURING THE JOB, BUT THEY EXPLAINED TO US SO WE COULD UNDERSTAND, AND WALKED US THROUGH IT. WE RECCOMEND THEM TO ALL OF OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THEY HAVE WORKED ON PARENTS MOBILE HOME AND THEY ARE ALSO VERY PLEASED. WE NOW USE THEM ON OUR RENTAL PROPERTIES. THEY ARE VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD, THEY ALWAYS LET US KNOW WHEN WE CAN DO SOME PREVENTATIVE MAINTENENCE TO SAVE US MONEY LATER.  JUST AN ABSOLUTE JOY WORKING WITH THEM.
