"My family and I hired Darin as our general contractor to renovate our home in Chino Valley. We found him on Home Advisor and saw the wonderful recommendations everyone had to say about him and Integrabuild. From the first correspondence with him, I knew we found the right person. He was able to clearly layout his entire process and how he runs his operation and to me that is very important. We originally were looking to build from the ground up and after searching through Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, all the time he would personally come out to the properties and land, finally settling in Chino Valley. For him to do something like that is completely above and beyond what I would expect from a General Contractor. For us we had him oversee and handle a complete kitchen redo, install flooring throughout, expanding bathrooms, constructing stairs for a deck, and installing a new master entrance leading outside. He was very attentive throughout every step, communicating clearly about timelines, and calming any nerves when adverse things would come up (I don t believe there has been a construction project in history that didn t come with a hiccup or two). For example, we had some scheduling issues due to circumstances beyond anyone s control as we started our project about 1 week before the Covid pandemic. Throughout it all Darin and his employees at Integrabuild were some of the hardest working people I have meet and I was in the Marine Corps. We absolutely love the result and how our house turned out. I would say some of the biggest attributes that set him apart from the rest is communication, managing expectations, and overall work ethic is why anyone looking to hire a general contractor should reach out to him and his team. It will give you peace of mind knowing he will get the job done properly. We will definitely be using them for our future needs!"

"We can't say enough good things about Chuck and his crew! We had a total kitchen remodel done that involved tearing down walls and installing new support beams in the attic. Everything from electrical to drywall, to installing new cabinets. From start to finish Chuck was easy to work with. Phone calls were always returned. The work was done in the time frame that was quoted. Every effort was made to contain the "construction dust" and the work area was cleaned and vacuumed before they left for the day. I wish we were able to post photos to show you what an excellent job they did. "At first I wanted Adam to construct a white vinyl or composite deck. He brought over some samples which were very nice but when I found out that the vinyl deck would be twice the money as a wood deck, I changed my mind. He told me I would be happy with a wood deck and he was right. He built a quality deck in only a couple of days that is sturdy, solid and beautiful. He made two sets of stairs that are also very sturdy with beautiful gates to keep my dog and cats contained. He next put in a dishwasher by cutting out a cabinet. He used the cabinet wood to make moldings around the opening. It fits very nicely. He installed a garbage disposal and thought it should have its own power source from the dishwasher so there would be no blown fuses when I ran both at the same time. After the deck was finished, he put in a fence around the backyard with two gates. He did a fantastic job with the fence. He then cut through the wall in the hall and hollowed out a area to put in a linen closet. He then build the shell of the closet at home, painted it and fit it in to the hole. He finished with the molding and installed a 6 panel door that closed with a magnet. It backs up to another closet which he finished off with a rod and shelf. Overall, I am so pleased with his work. He is a perfectionist and told me to call in a couple of weeks if there was anything at all that I didn't like. He does quality work and I wouldn't think of using anyone else for any future remodeling or new construction. I would also like to add that that his helper, Terry, was great and very knowledgable.
