"1. punctual on estimate appointment 2. three estimates were solicited all were equivalent service for product two allowed for Owens Corning or GAF and were certified as was On Top 3. The date proposed was mid October but the actual work was much sooner (low slope roof) and completed in several hours The roof has now gone through several seasons without issue. I recommended them to a friend of my wife"

"they replaced the shingles on top of a bay window where there had been an ice dam and added underlayment. The siding on the house is pre-colored Hardie board, while doing the work two of the Hardie boards broke. They replaced the broken boards with two primed but unpainted Hardie boards . They never asked if we had more pre-colored boards in the basement. We did! I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"

"The whole crew at Mighty Dog was exceptional from start to finish. They communicated clearly the scope of the job and didnt compromise on materials and craftsmanship. A big thank you to Erica, Will, Kyle, Jefferson and the roofing crew, Eduardo and Carissa! I will recommend Mighty Dog roofing to anyone looking for roof repairs, roof installs and gutter installs!"

"the work was great, he went in their and cleaned up everything, and put in a piece of pad to cover it to keep the birds out; he also checked every part of the roof for any possible entries as well."

"I met with Andrew and Chad today 05/18 for a full roof replacement. Both were knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain the project and answer all my questions. No pressure from either one of them and they helped provide me with a reasonable price for the job."

"Lifetime Roofing replaced my asphalt shingle roof. Kyle did an excellent job answering all my questions and following through what proved to be a complex job. Their work was first rate and I would definitely use them again."

"I recently had my roof replaced by Diamond Towers LLC, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They took the time to explain every step of the process and ensured that all my concerns were addressed. The quality of their work is outstanding, and my new roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend Diamond Towers LLC for anyone in need of roofing services. They truly exceeded my expectations!"

"I hired O.T.I. to replace the roof on my 6 family building. They installed asphalt shingles, with a lifetime warranty which gives me peace of mind knowing I will never have to replace my roof again. They also did not surcharge me because the building is 3 stories high. Other roofing contractors wanted to charge me more money because The building is more then 2 stories high. It was a great experience, the crew was great, my property and tenants were treated with respect! You won't be disappointed!"

"I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. I am a real person, a real customer, with no ties to the company, and was more than happy to write this review."

"I had water leaking into my living room Saturday night. I called Howard Sunday. He came by my house on Monday to access the situation. Him and his crew came to my house on Tuesday at 7:05 AM and didn't stop working until 4:30 PM. Wednesday it was rainy and windy. NO WATER LEAKING in my living room. Howard and his crew did a great job. They were very professional. They didn't leave a mess for me to clean up as was the case with my last roofing contractor. I gave Howard's contact information to two of my closest friends that need roof repair."
