"quick, efficient and accurate no complaints"

I am an experienced equipment and Building maintenance person with three decades of multi tool use, and troubleshooting. I am a family oriented and conscientious man. I can be trusted to finish what I start when it comes to jobs that I take on.

"Very quick to respond and complete repair, but a bit pricey...."

"The entire experience was outstanding. Daniel was courteous and thoroughly professional when meeting me for an estimate, and later while performing the work. He was on time, knowledgable and listened carefully to what we wanted done. On the day of the job, he worked quickly, but carefully. He went over and above to make our house look great. It looks like we repainted the house! The price was very reasonable and we certainly got maximum value for our money. I would highly recommend him for this kind of job."

"The service turned out well. It took a while to complete. We had a leak in the sunroom and they came out quickly whenever I called them. However, it took a while to pinpoint where exactly it was leaking. They were out here a few months back and did some more extensive repair and were able to fix the leak this time. But they always responded and took care of the issue. I would recommend them."

"Work was completed in 2.5 days. No significant errors or spills and all furniture replaced as advertised. Fire-and-forget hire as Joe and his team took care of everything."

"I hired J and A Construction after Blake convinced me he could do the job professionally. He was able to give me a material list and bidding price that was $2000 less than I expected it would cost me. I was amazed at how much difference everyday made. My patio is enclosed now with a gorgeous flake and epoxy floor. J and A Handymen also made a beautiful custom door. My screened in patio also needed ceiling fans and clean white metal roof. I was amazed by the quality of their craftsmanship because they built it so quick. I believe these guys love their job. Well now I'm just having a drink on my patio now and recommend them to anyone who has read this. I sent them to ma and pa's home, they hired J and A Handymen to make a storage shed and some privacy fence around the back yard. I know my parents are getting whatever they need done right"

"Mr. Gibbs did a wonderful job on our leaky water heater. I thought I could do a DIY myself and obviously fell short. I reached out to Bayshore Enterprises because it was in my area and I needed help fast as I am a single mom with two little girls. Mr.Gibbs was clear and transparent and gave me a good and fair ball park number. Communication was top notch and let me know when he was close to my residence so I could secure my dog. Mr.Gibbs was not afraid to answer my many questions and was very kind and informative. He replaced my hot water heater; no more leaks here!! Also, Mr.Gibbs loves sweet tea. Great company, easy to talk to, quality work, cleaned up nicely.. Will be hiring again when the time comes."

"They did a great job of prepping and painting, I was very pleased with the way they communicated and with the outcome."

"Extremely pleased with the work, James did an excellent job."
