"I was very happy with the service from William at Garafano Electric. I left a voice message and he returned the call within a day to set an appointment and to understand the specifics of what I needed to insure that he brought the correct parts. He let me know up front that there was a minimum one-hour charge for the visit. On the day of the appointment, William arrived precisely at the agreed time. The light switch repair was a small job that only took about 15 minutes and I'm very happy with the quality of the job and the new switch. William asked if I had other electrical tasks needed doing so that I could get the full benefit of the hour. The only item I could think of was that the bulbs in the living room fixture needed to be replaced, but it's a cathedral ceiling and too high for me to reach. I did not have the correct bulbs on hand, so William drove to Home Depot, purchased the bulbs and then installed them for me, all within the one-hour charge. This was well beyond what I expected a service provider to do and I was very pleased with the customer service. I would certainly hire Garafano Electric again."

"Powercore Electrical was able to fit our repair requests in their schedule the day after we used the Angie app. One request was to fix a dimmer light switch for the kitchen overhead lights. The LED lights were incompatible with the dimmer so Powercore replaced the dimmer with a regular switch. The second issue was a loose outlet plug. Powercore had appropriate sized screws to to fix the problem. The third request was to fix the non functional light in the attic. Powercore traced the wire and found a loose connection that was repaired. While Powercore was here we also requested quotes for three electrical projects. Powercore was very helpful in explaining the techniques and options available to implement each project. We are presently waiting for those quotes and if we decide to progress with the projects we will list those projects under a separate Angie listing. If we have additional electrical problems in the future we plan to call Powercore again."

Prior to starting the work, they perform a courtesy inspection of all your electrical outlets. Again, I am very pleased with the work performed and will be using Mr. Electric again as the need arises. Adrian from Mr Electric came out to troubleshoot a flickering light issue I was having with my porch light that was connected to a timer switch. I told him I suspected the timer was bad because sometimes it didn t turn the lights on and off as programmed. Before starting, Adrian explained what steps were necessary to troubleshoot and what the costs would be for any repair work. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining how the electrical current was supposed to flow. After testing both the can light fixture and the switch wiring, he determined that the timer itself was faulty and needed replacing. He installed the new timer I had purchased. Everything works fine. He swept up any debris and made sure his work area was clean. I am very pleased with the service I received. I am also very pleased with his professionalism and courtesy. I will definitely call on Mr. Electric again for any future electrical needs I might have."
