David knows his materials, knows what to use where. He communicates, shows up on time, does the work in a clean and professional manner. If there is something unexpected he discusses what is going on & gives options. And the work is fairly priced. We got lower bids we were not confident with and higher bids which would have been wasting money -- David's work is great!"

"AMAZING! I was in a real panic when I spoke to Chris at Best Way. We had a contractor install new quartz countertops in our condo as we were doing some updating before selling it. However, the contractor was unable to finish the job and left us with countertops with no holes for a sink or cook top! I called Best Way and Chris listened to my problem (probably noting the panic in my voice) and said he would call me back with an estimate and a time frame. Not even twenty minutes later he called me back and said they could start in an hour THAT DAY! Miguel and another man (so sorry I didn't catch his name!) arrived less than an hour after I hung up with Chris, perfectly on time. They were professional, nice, considerate, knowledgeable and cleaned the workspace afterward. It's not easy to cut those holes in countertops that have already been installed but they handled the challenge adeptly and in less than two hours had fixed our problem. It was so refreshing to work with a company that was responsive, professional and GOOD at what they do!  <br /> <br />What I didn't tell Chris when I spoke to him is that we just bought a house and will be redoing that kitchen in the next year or so- I can't wait to work with Best Way again on that project. "Two years ago I bought my house and decided that I needed the travertine floors in my master bathroom cleaned/polished. I called a nationally recognized brand and they came out within a few days. Without boring you with too many details, I will just say the way my floor looked after they were done was horrendous. I'm still, to this day, baffled on how this company could leave a client's floor in worse shape than when they arrived. I see their 40% off all services commercial and laugh just knowing that even a deal like that isn't worth having them come out again, but I digress. <br /> Now, on to my fantastic experience with JMC Stone and Tile Care. Justin, the owner, explained why my floor came out so bad after the other company tried to clean it (I guess the previous owner sealed the floor with the incorrect sealer) and the steps to fix the floor. He then quoted me a fair price and we agreed he would come back the next day and work on the floor. The next day, Justin arrived on time and with a 'ready to work' attitude. He was pleasant, funny and didn't mind me asking more than a few follow up questions. My floor looks brand new and I can't thank JMC Stone and Tile enough."
