After I signed the contract, a few days later Brandon the Product Production Manager came out to discuss the project, the dates, and took more measurements for confirmation. The entire project (siding and gutters) took 4 days to complete and both teams did exquisite work. Carl who does the quality assurance came onsite to check on the project. "We would definitely recommend Hanson’s for your bathroom remodel project! We would give them higher than a 5 star rating if it was available. The company was very easy to work with and it was just a great all around experience! They kept us informed about the project expectations all through the process. They installers arrived on time at 8:00 am and were finished by 4:00 in the afternoon. They covered our hardwood floors and carpeting with tarps and also covered our vanity and stool so there wasn’t any damage or dust on anything. They removed our whirlpool tub and the surrounding wall to begin the process. "Excellent work. From the beginning of the meeting with the sales rep through the workers that handled the deck replacement, they were all friendly and professional. When the installers arrived on day one, they had the old deck tore off and the new deck done except for the stairs. The next day they completed the deck and cleaned up the work site. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
