"They were hired to replace a tub, fixtures, and put in tile surrounding the tub with a niche and 2 shelves. We also had them re route a vent pipe in a separate bathroom so that it is past the trap and not letting sewer gases into the home. We were given options for materials based on our budget and guided on who to meet with at the appropriate store to select our materials. The work was done within the timeframe we gave. They did an excellent job making the space beautiful and professionally done. They respected our home and cleaned up better than expected each day. Of course, there were unexpected issues that arose that were dealt with without concern such as having to shore up not plumb walls. The price wasn’t cheap but was reasonable. In all, they did an excellent job."

"We were faced with a difficult project at our home. The retaining wall that bordered our walk out basement needed replacement. It was originally built with railroad ties 29 years ago. The ties were rotting, splintering and beginning to lean inward. To further complicate the situation, our deck was adjacent to the wall and essentially one story higher. A few contractors looked at the situation. One failed to get back to us at all. It was no doubt his way of saying that the project was too difficult and unpredictable. Jose Gutierrez accessed the situation knew exactly what needed to be done. He further understood the need to fortify the deck posts to prevent a disaster. This was an expensive project. GTZL wasn't the lowest bid. It was clear that Jose fully understood the scope of the project and was enthusiastic about taking on the challenge. He laid out his plan to secure the deck and provide the critically needed drainage necessary for the wall to survive. He made several promises concerning how they would proceed and outcomes we could expect, and he followed through on all of them. The end result was a beautifully constructed wall of interlocking solid stones. A drainage system was carefully constructed around the wall and a new central drain installed. GTZL did a wonderful job of restoring our yard, as the heavy equipment and supplies brought in for the project took a toll on the landscape. We appreciated that the crew was very respectful of our property throughout the construction process."

"The company wanted me to pay half upfront which is not what I wanted then he got upset about it. he was very abusive, very unprofessional, not able to communicate well in business, he doesn't have business concept, very unresponsive and I think he was just a very small business operator. He warned! keep your money in your pocket."
