"One of my bathroom outlets stopped working so I figured while I was getting that repaired, I'd go ahead and have two ceiling fans installed at the same time. When I called to get information, I thought I was calling "ElectricTech" but they answered the phone "Clinton Electric".  He quickly explained that Clinton Electric was the parent company and that ElectricTech had been the name they used for their residential division, but they were merging the two division into just the Clinton Electric name, and that it was a recent change so it wasn't unusual for people to be confused!   He then asked plenty of questions about the outlet to make sure it wasn't something I could reset myself, which I appreciated! Then he asked questions about where the ceiling fans would be installed, like how high the ceilings were, and were they vaulted, and was there any other light fixture there now - very thorough!  He worked with my work schedule to set the appointment which was nice and gave me a two hour window of time. Considering that most companies give four or eight hour windows, I thought that was great!  On the day of my appointment, the office called me to let me know the technician was on his way and would be here in a half hour - and that's exactly when he arrived - on time!  He was well dressed and neat and  very friendly - he even put booties on his shoes before he came in the house so he didn't track dirt in. He was very professional and took his time to explain how he was troubleshooting the outlet and what he found. Once that was fixed, he went about installing the ceiling fans. One was in an upstairs bedroom and one was in the living room. I expected a huge mess and holes in the walls where he had to run the wire, but... there was none (except for where they mounted the fans in the ceiling, of course). He fished the wires through the walls somehow (I still haven't figured that out) and got my fans up and working wonderfully. Before he left he showed me how to operate the fan and the remote control and made sure I was happy with the service. All in all, it went more smoothly than I could have ever expected and the price was less than what another company quoted me. I will definitely use Clinton Electric again and will recommend them to everyone I know."

"Juan arrived a bit later than expected but got to work and did the jobs, running to Home Depot for needed parts which I didn't know we needed. He explaned things to me and knew what he was doing. He did all the jobs I outlined and left with everything working. He was cooperative in pointing the kitchen track lights where I wanted the to shine. He then looked at the plumbing job (vanity install) and realized that the vanity I bought wasn't a feasible option because of the direction of my pipes (to the side and not the back) therefore needing to go right through the drawers! I have returned the vanity to Home Depot! He didn''t waste time talking to me but did talk to himself (or on his phone ) while he worked! He cleaned up his dust and debris well, Satisfied with his cost which really should have been higher when I thought about it later. I would use him again if he was from near Frederick, but he came from Baltimore! I'd rather use local tradesmen...."

"Response time from Kolb was good; within 48 hours their electrician (Ramon) was at the home. Ramon made a very thorough analysis of the problem before starting the repair work. He worked efficiently to alleviate the problem. After the repair was completed he checked and double checked to make sure the appliance was working properly. A very favorable experience."

"Things went well. Russ Piper came out and met with me - to see what the project entailed. Meeting went well, I fully understood what they were going to do. I got a quote back quickly and moved forward with it.   When the plumber (Plumb Crazy)came out to see what needed to be done, I had some options .  I decided to have a higher service line brought into the home - now BGE is involved.   Without further stories - it took many weeks to get BGE to install the higher service, Throughout, this process, Benfield and the plumber where checking in with me for progress.  And when the inspections where all complete - they came right out and finished the installation."

Currently I am a commercial electrician or a as a mechanic in the trade. Unfortunately I am not a master electrician for any major projects that might need a permit pulled I can’t do that do to state laws. Just being honest. But my rates are fair I don’t don’t charge the customer for material, I usually give a list for the customer to purchase and only charge labor.
