"Alan quoted the installation of a Ream Heater, Tankless Hot Water System, and a Mini Split at my home. Installation and interactions were very professional. I was asked to "trust" Alan as part of the job was to charge the system but it was too cold in March to do so. Frankly speaking I really don't trust contractors in general and felt very uneasy having paid Alan in full but I took him at his word and waited for the Freon once it warmed. "Jami didn't have an easy go of it with the water heater installation. The room has the furnace and water heater in it and it doesn't allow for one to be taken out without taking the other apart, to a degree. He and another guy handled it without any damage to the flooring, walls or ceiling. Yes, they had to raise the water heater that high to install it. After he left, I realized the faucet in the master bathroom wasn't working, so he returned right away. It was determined I needed a new faucet, so I went out and bought a new one and he returned at a later date and installed it, no charge. Jami is an honest guy and will do what it takes to get the job done right! I highly recommend him!!!!!"

"He just ran the Condesation drain hose around the room and it ended up leaking all over the floor I had to go buy pvc pipe a little giant pump to make it look better and not drain.... i also never Received a receipt got the final payment .... other than that the tankless water heater is running great i would deff recommend him to family and friends."
