"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"Jeff was the only contractor in the area who even bothered to come out and give us an estimate. Others came to look at the two jobs but apparently we weren't enough of a job for them. Jeff said he'd call when he could fit us in (not an emergency), and about 2 weeks after we had talked with him, he did. He met us in Danville and we took him to the house to see what needed to be done. He was very professional, yet friendly, neighborly almost. <br /> After assessing our needs on a Friday, he gave us an estimate (had not gotten that far with a contractor before). Being satisfied with the estimate and his professionalism, we made arrangements for him to come today. <br /> He worked for 7 hours, maybe a bit more, brought all the materials with him, but did have to leave to get more roof caulk. He had explained in extensive detail what he would do, and that's exactly what he did. <br /> He apparently has enough work so he doesn't need to advertise, word of mouth being plenty. He is one of the best, friendliest, and competent people we've ever hired. He even gave us the name of a fellow in town who does and quot;to die forand quot; pulled pork! <br /> I have no idea if his price was reasonable or not, not having had anyone else even give us an estimate. But frankly, I was expecting it to cost much more than it did. Some people aren't happy unless they can get a competent professional contractor for $15 an hour. Those days are long gone. So I'm satisfied with what he charged -- and now we don't worry any more about the roof or the rotting trim around the front door. <br />"

"Slava did a great job removing a very old two story chimney that was causing water leaks into the house. He I had to repair a second story roof the first story roof and siding from the first story to the second story and repair the first floor interior drywall for the ceiling and the wall as well as repair the flooring to take the chimney through the floor into the crawl space. It was quite a varied bit of work and he did a great job. The day after he finished we had heavy rains and no leaks were detected. He it is very personable and polite and follows through with what he says he's going to do. I expect I'll be having more work for him to do soon."
