He set the system tension, the key pad, and explained how everything worked. Gave me owner's manual, explained the warranties, and gave me a price for replacing rollers, pulleys and coils when the time comes but told me how to best care for them to get the most life out of them."

"Alex from A.N. Garage Doors came by yesterday to install 2 garage door openers. First, let me start with his estimate. He arrived at my house and insected my garage door openers. I told him that I wanted/needed to replace my 18 year old garage door openers. I had done a lot of research into what I wanted from my new opener and I mentioned the make and model of the opener that I was about to purchase. Without any pressure he said that my choice was fine, but that I might want to consider a Liftmaster. Although he impressed me with his knowledge, and general care for how my family uses our garage I didn't hire him that day. Instead I researched the Liftmaster line (a professional grade openerâ ¦ which makes a HUGE difference with regard to the rail.) I contacted him a few days later to hire him. He worked with me to schedule the installation at a convenient time. He was very good with keeping me in the loop with regard to the schedule. I felt that he was very respectful of my time. Hiring Alex was a great decision. He was VERY neat with his work. He was meticulous in making sure that everything was installed properly and that the individual garage door remotes were set up in a way that worked best for my family. While he was working, I was thinking that he was treating my house as if it were his own, or even better, as if he was installing the openers for his own family. In a time when many contractors perform shoddy work and then stick out a hand to get paid. Alex is a throwback to a time when contractors really seemed to care about the quality of their work and my home. HIring Alex was a great decision and I HIGHLY recommend him!!
