Let me tell you guys it was the most stress free experience. Parag was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the entire process in detail and was so easy to work with! The estimate was provided on the spot and Parag took the time to answer all of our questions. The crew came on time as scheduled and took great care to complete the work. I am vey happy with my new vinyl floors. I highly recommend them!!!"

"The work crew was able to rip out old flooring, and install the new wood flooring in one days work. The job was well done . They moved furniture ripped out flour types of flooring including ceramic tile, hauled away old materials, and then installed wood flooring. The cost came in much lower than another floor installer, and the quality of the installation and the wood flooring are great. The only downside was that they did not carry a type of room transition divider piece that was needed for two transition ways into the kitchen area, and so I had to use the old pieces and change their stain. Not a big deal, but disappointing and extra work I did not anticipate."

"It went great. Eddy is extremely reliable and a pleasure to work with. The members of his crew are all highly skilled, professional and friendly (and none of them smoked, either inside or outside the house!). The workers show up on time each day, their pride in their work is evident, and they clean up after themselves before leaving. Eddy's quoted price was much lower than any of the other contractors/vendors I contacted. You should know that selecting and purchasing the materials is your responsibility - Eddy is happy to recommend sensible and cost-effective local suppliers. All told, the total cost of my remodel including materials (tub, vanity, tiles, vanity) was about $8K - still a great deal for a full 8x7 bathroom remodel (one quote I received from a different contractor was for $8K and that was to only replace the tub and install an acrylic surround!). I highly recommend ETC and have already referred Eddy to 2 friends. Note: the photo with the yellow tub is the Before photo!"

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

"Tito and som did an amazing job! They replaced our fence with a new 6 ft vinyl fence and rebuilt my deck with trex decking. Wow! It looks gorgeous !! "Installation went on without a hitch, however it has been about 3 month since the installation and we are starting to notice some issues with the installation (waves on the floor from the adhesive, some edges not fully glued down). We are waiting a little bit longer before we contact Empire concerning the installation. On the other hand the vinyl quality is great and we love the look and feel of the floor."

"Mr. Powers, at first, was courteous and reliable; the project seemed to have problems, and he was getting frustrated at having to surface the existing deck due to its configuration; he claimed that the measurements and figures were off, while another professional disagreed with his calculations; the project was delayed due to materials being delayed by supplier; Mr. Powers suggested another other remedies for steps and that I purchase an additional type of board for $120, which I did; i paid Mr. Powers in full of the understanding that he would come back and finish off certain areas; during this time, a death occurred and he was unable to come when scheduled; when I texted Mr. Powers, he began belligerent, and cursed at me. I do not find it professional to curse at a client and refuse to take phone calls. I ultimately told Mr. Powers not to come back to my house and to refund the board I purchased that was in his possession. He did so. Since the time of completion, May 2026, numerous boards have come loose. I had someone else correct this issue, and now more boards are coming loose, which I texted him about and showed pictures of on September 9, 2026, and have not heard back from Mr. Powers regarding acknowledgment or addressing the loose boards, as my contract provides for two (2) years."
