"We needed more space for our growing family, and the addition they built blends in seamlessly with our original home. From permits to the finishing touches, everything was handled professionally. It’s like it was always meant to be part of the house!"

"Excellent customer service, quality work, highly recommend. We hired Sigura construction for a master bed addition and bathroom remodel. Ilan and his team walked us through the entire process from design to permitting to construction. His team was courteous and professional and we are very happy with the finished result. We especially appreciated that Ilan personally came onsite throughout the project to check on progress and quality of the work. Any issue was quickly resolved by his team. We have recommended Sigura to many of our friends and family for their projects."

"Having purchased this second home out of state and literally knowing nothing about the area and what was needed to set up the reconstruction, he was highly recommended by our real estate agent and had great references from other homeowners in the area. Eric helped us find a local architect/designer, worked with the building planning district, water district, etc. etc. so he's much more than just a General Contractor.  We simply could not have completed the work without him. As with all remodels, it's stressful and he was the calm, steady person needed to keep everyone in check.  He had great sub-contractors and every portion of the work was completed as guaranteed per the contract.  When there were hiccups, he fixed it.  He did all the hard work, just coordinated with us to be sure we got what we expected from each phase.  The results exceeded all our expectations.  No hesitation with recommending him for any job, large or small.

"I hired Unique Home Design to build an addition, big and not easy project but Steve and his team made it pretty simple. They were well organized, professional, efficient and helpful. Steve was very communicative and always ready to answer all my questions, listened my requests and gave me his valuable advises. The project was finished ahead of schedule and with no unexpected extra costs. I am super satisfied with result and high quality work, thanks for everything. Highly recommended contractor!"

"Excellent work at a reasonable price, contracts were very easy to read and understand. Replaced glass door, drain piping underneath house, and a section of fencing. Will call them again for future projects."

"Excellent work and service. Gabriel and Lucas. Were very responsive to our requests."

"Sanjeev has a solid team working for him that is very capable and deliver quality work. Very flexible and always trying to accommodate our needs even with unexpected changes to the project plan. Highly recommended."

"I recently reached out to Rockbay to remodel my kitchen and add a back deck. The pricing matched my budget so I hired them. It was a great decision. They really opened up the space by removing a wall and adding an island. They also added a door from the kitchen to the back deck. We love to grill so this was perfect for us. They did a truly wonderful job and I'm quite pleased with how everything turned out. I'll definitely be hiring them for any future renovations."

"The experience was very proffesional, but do not try to change the project specifications mid way as the cost goes very high"
