During the demolition phase, Lenny took great care to cover our hardwood floors and cleaned thoroughly while removing the countertops and backsplash which really helped to keep the dust level down. Lisa recommended vendors for our granite, tile backsplash and sink - they were all so helpful. We have never done a kitchen renovation before and were a little anxious about the process and making choices. Lenny allayed our fears and was spot on with suggestions. "It went well until I included their product in another project where I was not closely connected to the contractor. After a 6-month design process in pulling all FFE together around the Carlisle floor with quotes and specified products, the contractor and client went directly to my sales rep and purchased directly from them. I have been a designer for 30 years and enjoy building trusted relationships with manufacturers to secure the best prices for my clients. When a manufacturer then sells directly to the client or contractor for the same price, the relationship is undermined and broken. I will never use Carlisle again.
