I got a voice message from Pam suggesting we postpone. I returned her call that evening at about 7:30PM expecting to leave her a message - she actually answered! A few days later Sean came by the house to assess the job and give an estimate. He walked us through every step and offered suggestions for our concerns. Integrity was the only company that actually set up the estimate to be done when I was home. Other companies “stopped by” and did nothing more than mail me a piece of paper.
