"They came out immediately to install new battery-powered sump with storm looming nearby. Came, installed, tested and did not leave until they knew everything was working properly. Very good people. Would call them again for sure."

"We recently hired JM Concrete LLC to work on our patio, and we were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. From the very beginning, they were prompt in responding to our inquiry, setting a positive tone for the entire project. They took extra care to protect our lawn during the construction by using boards, which demonstrated their attention to detail and respect for our property. The work was completed on time, and we found their pricing to be fair and transparent. We highly recommend JM Concrete LLC for anyone looking for quality and reliable service at a reasonable price.â"

"J & S Landscaping did a great job!"

"Tim and Stephany were fantastic. They were able to get started on the work earlier than anticipated, communicated with me often about what needed to be done and the status of the work (it was a multi-day project), and were very diligent and detail oriented. Would definitely recommend them and hire them again!"

"They came in, said "we can replace the hose, but if the bolt is rusted and goes, you'll need to replace the water heater. " They got the bolt off and saved us a lot of money."

"Great job! On time and very nice employees."

"I can’t recommend this small, family-owned business highly enough! I manage a property for a friend who needed a crawlspace inspection. We had four companies, including Patriot, come out to provide free inspections and estimates. Comparing them all was eye-opening, but Robbie and April from Patriot stood out. Robbie provided detailed recommendations on repairs but didn’t try to sell us anything. He believed the core issues were outside his expertise (e.g., gutters and rainwater management), yet he identified these as the root cause of the foundation problem. The other companies each pitched different repair solutions—mainly crawlspace encapsulation or bracing—that felt like “sales-first” approaches rather than addressing the real issue. It was clear the other companies were just hammer salespeople seeing everything as nails. I was so impressed with Robbie’s expertise and no-pressure approach that I asked him to inspect my own crawlspace. Knowing I needed moisture control, he provide"

"We used Affordable Crawl Space Care for vapor barrier and insulation in our crawl space. We had an excellent experience in all regards. The installation was done well, completed in a timely manner and for a fair price. The owner was knowledgeable, professional and the process was efficient. I am giving the highest recommendation."

"He was professional from start to finish. We had a few delays due to product needing to be ordered but he was on time when he said he would be at our house. Ben, the owner did a large portion of the work himself and that really pleased us that he was so involved. The railings in our home look beautiful and the front door is going to be the finishing touch. All work is top notch.
He is on our short list of who to call if something needs repaired, replaced or spruced up.
