"Alonzo White quickly responded to my call and set up an immediate appointment. Once here, he identified and fixed problem within an hour at very reasonable price. Will use again for any future plumbing issues. Very satisfied."

"I contacted Underground via e-mail and got a call from the owner, Ms Holt. She was going to have the office contact me. JoAnn the office manager contacted me to see what dates would work for the assessment of the job. We were not charged for the assessment visit. I must say from the office to the Technician Bruce and his team, we were extremely happy! So helpful. Bruce arrived on schedule. He let me know he would flush the pipe and run a camera thru the pipes to diagnosis the problem, what the price would be. Great news, the pipe was clean, and whole. No tree roots. The problem was caused by the secondary pipe being jammed into the main pipe blocking it from functioning properly. So the secondary pipe was installed incorrectly, causing us a lot of damage. Bruce made a small hole in the black top where the two pipes were connected installed a ‘Y’ connector and flushed both pipes! It works. Thank you all."

"Mr. Ellis and his team were fantastic when our sewer line went out and our water line turned out to be lead. They kept us informed of all our options at each step and ensured that we were on board before any change in plans. Will definitely continue working with this team in the future."

"Called about 9:30 in the morning due to backed up sewer line in the office building.  Once the issue was explained, Roger rearranged his appointments to come straight over and correct the problem.  Now we can drink coffee again!!!  They got right to the problem, fixed and got everything back together in no time at all.
