Get matched with top sump pump repair or replacers in Petersburg, VA

"Very busy company, and since we had no insulation after a ceiling replacement project, I needed to hire a company that was available sooner. They were excellent at contact and followup and seemed to have plenty of business."

"Steve Overgard and his team replaced non functioning over sized windows in the house I bought that was partially renovated. These were 9x5 three panel picture windows over looking the water. The team measured, ordered custom windows, and installed them perfectly. They matched the paint color for the wide sill and frame. They completed all the finishing without any blue tags needed. I will use them again."

"I called Roger Rooter in quite a panic as my sump pump was malfunctioning and water was everywhere in my basement. He was very quick to answer the line, no digital voice service...I spoke directly to a person who was kind and friendly and very understanding to my situation. He was very quick to respond, came to my home right away. He and his assistant were quite professional and very knowledgeable. They were thorough in their assessment of the cause of the leakage and were able to make the repair immediately. The quality of their products were top notch and at a fair price. I also was concerned with a recent outdoor faucet that had been replaced and asked if he could verify if it was installed properly. He checked the faucet and the value and gave me advise on how to maintain a safe faucet from the elements. I would highly recommend this plumber and will In fact use him again in the future, if need be.

"Mr. Ellis and his team are awesome. Mr. Ellis is a true professional. He is honest, intelligent, and knowledgeable. Plumbing Officials are now my go to for any plumbing repairs."

"Overall I had a very good experience with Cole Electric. As soon as I sent a message for a quote request I heard back from Andrew. He was extremely flexible with setting up a time to come give a quote and even came by an hour before they normally do service calls just so that I could get to work on time. He was courteous and friendly - very quick to put together the quote. Once we agreed to the quote it was very easy to set up an appointment. Andrew showed up as agreed and got right to work. Everything was done very quickly and very quietly - he was finished within an hour and a half or so. Very friendly and professional. I would definitely call Cole Electric in the future for other needs.

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"We recently purchased a recently renovated century old farmhouse. We were not expected to use the home warranty that came with out purchase, but so happy we had it within months of moving in we had failures of the appliances. Then we learned the title agency paid the wrong home warranty company. We made the title company pay the proper warranty company covered in our contract due to reviews --- best decision we made. They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."
