"Curtis, our project manager, was great! He was responsive to our requests and concerns â very easy to work with. I thought he managed the varied trades necessary for the building of our sunroom well. The whole project went smoothly after the county finally issued the building permits. I would definitely recommend Stoneridge and would use their services again â especially with Curtis as the project manager. And, Curtis had a crew clean up after all construction was done leaving us with a sparkling new sunroom. Thank you Stoneridge!"

"We were honestly a little nervous about hiring someone to build a sunroom on our existing deck, but this company exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The entire process, from the initial measurements and discussing affordable options to the final installation, was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. Our project was treated with care every step of the way. Communication was excellent throughout, and any changes or questions we had were accommodated immediately without any hassle. The team was knowledgeable, reliable, and made the whole experience stress-free. We are extremely happy with our new sunroom and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service."

"Rebecca Newcomer was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Rebecca made the decision easy for us to purchase the new windows. We have our fingers crossed that the install will go as smoothly as the decision to purchase. I cannot rate the value for money spent or work quality yet since I haven't gotten past the initial purchase phase at this point. I will update upon completion of work."

"This was the second major job I hired this company for. The first was the addition of a screened- in deck and patio addition in 2017. Both times they were professional, on time, and quality of work was outstanding. I will not hesitate to hire them for future projects."

"Excellent! Sean answered all my questions and offered several options to best enhance my space. I felt very comfortable making a decision! The installation went smoothly and I am now enjoying my beautiful new Sunroom. I highly recommend X-Terior Techs and the Sunspace product."

"I would give the subcontractor who built and completed my deck an "A". The subcontractor and his team arrived each day promptly to the job each day.  If they had any feedback, they will leave a note.  They had ensured that the installed deck had completed the county inspection.   The subcontractor who had built the small patio, I would give him a B-.  There were some quality issues.
Now, for the Powerhouse Remodeling Company, I would give them a "C-".  They were very attentive when they were consulting about the deck.  Once the financing agreement was approved and signed, this was the last time I heard from them.  I thought I would hear from the company owner to ensure I was happy with his company.  Unfortunately, no response from this company.

"The owner came out the day I contacted them to give us a quote. The quote was more than reasonable and they said they could begin work right away. The wall was build, sanded, painted and trimmed to match the walls around it. It took a total of two days to complete and they cleaned up once they were done. They were very professional and reasonable on pricing. I would 100% hire again for any job I have around my house."

"Everything was done very well; removal of old sunroom materials, installation of new wall and roof over additional roof area. All wood work was very well done, installation of new glass and new structural roof! All done well. Exception was the new roof! Here the interfacing of new roof with existing roof was not done well. All the construction was completed at end - literally in last week of 2015; all seemed well for first winter of 2016, then in spring of 2016 the roof began leaking at or near the interface of new with the existing roof. I called Mr. Bart Scesney, the Senior Design Consultant , overseeing the project and reported the leak. He promised a fix. Then through the summer of 2016 the leak seemed to resolve itself but with return of winter the roof leaked through the winter of 2016 -2017. I called Mr. Scesney again and again received a promise of a repair; nothing happened. Again in winter of 2017-2018 leaks occurred, again I called with the same null response. Finally in the fall of 2018 I sent an email to Mr. Scesney with a copy to the President of TRS, Mr. Joe Henley. Again a promise of a repair but no response. Thus, this complaint to Angie's list and the same to the Better Business Bureau. Next will be a formal legal proceeding to sue the company for the cost of an urgent repair. Really hate to take this action because all other aspects of the work was so well done. But I must stop the leak; I have a cathedral ceiling and as a result a leak comes directly into my home."

"We got several estimates from local companies.  Stuart provided a list of homes for which he completed vinyl siding and/or windows and trim.  We looked at most of them and talked with some customers. He has added vinyl to about 100 homes where we live.  He provided a quote and considered the colors and materials we preferred.  He was available on a continuous basis, often dropping by the site to check on progress and any needs. Former customers praised his company for continuing to monitor his completed jobs and respond to any concerns of previous customers, stating "He won't leave the job until it is completed to both his satisfaction and your satisfaction."His brother ran and worked with the "on site" crew and has experience in all facets of construction and remodeling, including window work and plumbing. They were on time and worked long hours to stay on schedule; only missing several days rained out. They cleaned up the site each day and when completed. We constantly had questions about our satisfaction and Stuart added more contracts from his exchanges with those who stopped by. You cannot beat this experience.
