He was very quick to answer the line, no digital voice service...I spoke directly to a person who was kind and friendly and very understanding to my situation. He was very quick to respond, came to my home right away. He and his assistant were quite professional and very knowledgeable. They were thorough in their assessment of the cause of the leakage and were able to make the repair immediately. The quality of their products were top notch and at a fair price. I also was concerned with a recent outdoor faucet that had been replaced and asked if he could verify if it was installed properly. "From start to finish the service was amazing.  Let's start with Tracy!  She was fantastic in scheduling my appointment and told me exactly what to expect and she was 100% on target  When Steve Johnson, the master plumber, arrived he was extremely professional and cordial.  Steve Johnson definitely met a stubborn hot water heater that held a lot of sediment.  Through his excellent professional techniques he was able to flush out the hot water heater and also replace a bathroom faucet sink cartridge which would not release after hours of attempts on my part.  Mr. Johnson was always willing to answer any question I had and was very gracious to look at many aspects of my home plumbing system.  When you need a professional master plumber who is fair and does not upsale Steve Johnson is the man to call!!! "I was aware that my old heat pump was on its last legs. Installed in 2000 I was told to expect it to last about 10-12 years. The air handler/furnace dated back to the year the house was built, 1983. I had a problem with the heat pump running out of freon back in March of this year. At that time the Bakers tech warned that the unit was very likely to go soon. He charged me $300 for replacing the freon and said if the heat pump failed within six months, Bakers would apply the money toward a replacement. Sure enough it failed a few months later. The way the air handler was configured, the hot water heater had to be removed to replace the furnace. This unit was very old as well and Bakers was able to replace it with a new one with no charge for labor as the furnace replacement required the hot water heater to be removed anyway. They also gave me a 10% discount on the cost of the water heater and applied the $300 credit as promised. The crew arrived promptly as scheduled, worked quickly, and cleaned up very thoroughly upon completing the work.
