"The provider arrived on time to look at the fence and explained in detail what he believed needed to be done.  Beside the cost of the maintenance package I  purchased, he recommended a new post on another section of the fence.  The cost was reasonable so I had him install the new post.  
We agreed on a date to complete the work and he arrived on time and left the area neat and clean when he was done.  The completed job looked much better than I had expected!

John made sure there were no spaces where the fence joined other fences that would allow my dog to wiggle out. He was prompt, honest, and cleaned up totally afterward.
