"Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

"We were told that two servicemen would come.  One a carpenter, one a plumber.  One service man came and explained that he would be doing all the repairs.  We walked through the house and gave him a list and he gave us an estimate.  The final cost was more than the estimate (which did not include parts which he had to go to Home Depot to get). 



I was torn on weather to give them a B or C for quality of work.  The work that he performed was good, but he ran out of time before his next appointment and did not clean up the bathrooms, and did not fix the attic access completely.  There was caulk and dirt in the new sinks in the bathrooms and he dumped the old trap in the toilet but did not flush the toilet.  All that grime sat overnight until we found it the next day.  It smelled and looked horrible and was a mess to clean up.



On the attic access, the carpenter could not fit the panel back into the opening due to electrical conduit obstructing the hole.  it was a simple fix that just required cutting the panel in half, which my husband did after the carpenter left. My husband had to lend a hand on cutting the attic access and ended up covered in insulation.  The point of hiring someone to do the work was lost when we had to help and finish the work ourselves.



 I would have to think twice before using them again.
