"We are extremely happy with the work that was done. We had removed a tile entry and had Gore hardwood weave in new hardwood to go with the flooring we installed 20 years ago. Plus the stairway to the lower and upper levels. The whole wood floor area was then sanded and refinished. It is absolutely beautiful. We could not be happier. The team was always respectful, on time, performed all the work efficiently and with great care. We put together a schedule and they performed to the schedule. We will be doing work in another area later this year and they will be the first we call to do the project."

"We called John from Improvement Pros to restain our deck but realized that the wood was in worse shape than we thought so he ended up practically replacing the whole deck.  He was meticulous with his work and knew what he was doing.  He also replaced some rotten wood on my front door and since he was from North Carolina I figured he was familiar with that kind of problem.  Who would have thought that we would have so much rotten wood problems in Colorado since we live in such a dry area.  
John was very professional and whatever changes we wanted or anything we didn't like was met with a "yes ma'am" every time. The weather caused the project to take longer than what I had anticipated but we are very happy with the finished deck and I think we got a very good price compared to what other neighbors were paying for their deck.  
All in all, I would use Improvement Pros again.
