When it was time for the finishing touches, he called before he was expected to arrive to let me know he would be an hour later than expected due to an emergency plumbing call, which I appreciated the heads-up!!! He checked everything after he finished to be sure there were no leaks and he even checked on my water heater to be sure it was heating correctly and could handle the new bathroom.
