"Lone Star Carpets installed all my flooring and shower tiles for multiunit homes in south Austin. My sincere appreciation is well-deserved to Mr. Tony Rodriguez! He is an experienced, well educated, well-informed, a professional and quite personable individual. Tony is the contractor working with my excellent builder, Truitt Group- Mr. Logan Leen. Tony himself was directly involved in the project from the beginning: getting all the necessary measurements, ordering martials, following up with the installation crew, and making the final inspections of the installations. He also left me with the plenty leftover tiles and material for possible future repairs or renovation!! Tony certainly gives his full attention and care one will need during a home construction! Thank you Tony. My appreciations of his installation crew: Mr. David Romero installed almost all flooring and shower tiles. He is efficient and very conservative with material usage, yet installs quality work. He is very hard-working individual and makes sure to get the job done and done wright! Mr. Juan is the crew lead as well as a great installer. He leads the group by example and makes sure all works are done correctly. Mr. Roger is a good installer and seems enjoys his work and is just happy person. "They were able to squeeze our appointment for an earlier day. The team showed up on time and started working right away. They were very professional and respectful. It took them about an hour and a half to clean all the tile in the first floor of our condo (~475 sq.ft.). I don't think that tile has looked this clean since the day it was installed. I would recommend them again and again."

"We are very pleased with the service Green Clean Carpet Care provides its customers.  We found this company on Angie's List and were impressed with all of the "A" reviews.  We were also impressed that this company because of the equipment and non-toxic chemicals that are used.  So, we contacted Green Clean Carpet Care to learn more about the services. <br /> The owner,Patrick, responded promptly to our phone calls and email messages. He answered all of our questions over the phone before we scheduled an appointment for him to come to our home and clean our carpets. Before arriving for our scheduled appointment, Patrick called to let us know he was on his way.  When he arrived, he spent quite a bit of time going through each room and discussing what he was going to do.  First, he vacuumed all of the carpets with a very powerful vacuum cleaner.  Then, he used a very powerful hot water machine with suction to clean the carpets.  Afterwards, he spent time to explain how long we needed to allow the carpet to dry before we put things back; and he answered other questions we had about using non-toxic, environmentally friendly products on our carpets and in our home. <br /> The carpets look great and they have a very "clean" smell, but no odor.  We are very pleased with the job Patrick did today.  We highly recommend his carpet cleaning service.  We will definitely use his company again whenever we need our carpets or tiles cleaned. <br />"

"This company is awesome! We had wood, tile and carpet floors installed in our house and they came out fantastic! The wood floor installers were artisans and you could see their skill and knowledge in the way the floors were installed. They took pride in their work and it shows. The tile floors turned out perfect too. The tile was perfectly cut for some of those odd corners and the skill involved shows. Just like the wood floor installers, the tile floor installer took pride in his work. As for the carpet, that was another awesome job. They installed carpet on two staircases and the family room. The install is flawless. We are amazed at the incredible work that was done from Peoples Signature Flooring. They have the best installers and I doubt anyone can do better than these people do. From beginning to end, Robert Peoples helped us with making decisions on selections for wood, tile, and carpet. His expertise combined with the talent and knowledge of his installers make this one incredible company. And it was a pleasure working with Robert, Julie, and all the installers. In a nutshell, I highly recommend this company – their work is unsurpassed."

"I would highly recommend Peace Frog. During these trying times of social distancing and uncertainty, our technician James was professional, polite and he wore his mask and booties. He measured everything before beginning so he had an accurate sq/ft that was to be cleaned that I approved. I explained the problem areas with the carpet due to wear and pets and he used several pre-treatments almost eliminating those soiled areas completely, amazing! I also had the kitchen tile and gout cleaned and sealed. I’ve used other companies that just spray and clean the floors and then spray the sealant on which makes a mess of the baseboards and cabinets. Peace Frog pre-treated the floor and grout, scrubbed the grout lines individually and then went back over the entire area with a steam/brush machine. I was amazed at how well the grout cleaned up, almost like new. The sealant was applied with a roller directly into the grout line and then the tiles areas blotted dry. Thank you James for a wonderful job, love my sparkling clean rugs and floor!"

"We have renovated our house over the last several years, and Hardwood Flooring Services was one of the best companies that we used. My experience with HFS was very positive from start to finish. I was immediately impressed when I entered the store. Andrea was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. After taking several samples home to compare, I made an appointment for Bob to come out and measure. He was on time and efficient. I mentioned to him that we seemed to have a moisture problem under one of our existing floors, and he recommended a particular method of installation to try to avoid this problem in the future. I had gotten an estimate from another company, and while I was impressed with them and received a similar estimate, I chose HFS mainly because I felt that Bob and his crew had the expertise to do our job well. The team that came to our house was absolutely fanstastic. Ruben (Andrea's husband) and the other men were probably the hardest working people who have ever been in our house. They arrived early and stayed as late as needed over a period of several days to ensure completion by the deadline. Bob came by at least once or twice a day to check on the progress of the installation and to see if I had any questions or concerns. There are a few things that really make this company stand out. (1) After they laid some of the wood, I was not happy with the number and concentration of black streaks in some of the planks. Bob and Ruben were extremely accomodating about my concerns and ordered replacement wood at no extra cost to me (and probably at cost to themselves). (2) When my husband bumped into an antique chair that had been moved and was resting at an odd angle while the floors were being installed, a leg on the chair broke. Bob picked up the chair and delivered it back to us fully repaired the next day. (3) All of the people involved with HFS care tremendously about their work and want to please in every way. No detail was too small and no request was refused. For example, after the job was completed, I noticed some doors that were scraping the floor after being rehung. Bob and another man came back right away to fix the problems. In sum, we were extremely satisfied with HFS and would enthusiastically recommend them to others. <br />"

"We had been installing wood flooring in the house when one of us started having back issues. I began trying to find a company that would install the product we had already purchased. Not many places will. I came across JJ Flooring and gave them a call. I spoke with Beto. He came out on a Sat. to measure the house, make sure we had all the supplies needed and give me an estimate. We decided to use their services. The day before they were supposed to start we had a schedule issue. They worked around our schedule.
