The owner seemed disinterested and in a hurry, and I was uncomfortable with that, but he and the designer knew what they were doing. The designer drew and then emailed visual designs of the patio enclosure. The plans were more like 3-D renderings, much nicer than I expected. </p> <p>I requested an estimate but never received it. The owner gave me a ball park estimate at the meeting, not a complete written estimate as I'd hoped, but it's okay.  I'll get written estimates from this and other companies when I'm ready to build it.</p>"
