"John davenport Ken mays Joe harbin Charles watry and James carey gave me excellent, knowledgeable, courteous service on my crawl space foundation issues. They raised my settling foundation joists, so doors closed smoothly and small fissures closed and sealed. They also enclosed my crawl space with a very professional and attractive vapor lock enclosure, installed a sump pump and dehumidifier. I would hire AFS again. "Mike Pierce was great to work with! He let me know each step what was going on. I had to have additional work or things were not going to happen but he explained why and what I needed and what would happen if I did not do it that way. I highly recommend him and the company to anyone considering or needing foundation work! Two guys were helping him, Lu and Austin, and they were great, they were professional and hard working. Every time I had to deal with them they were polite and a joy to deal with. These three gentlemen are giving the company a good name!"

"Calvin was super helpful in getting us exactly what we needed for our 1903 home. Full crawlspace encapsulation and a repair of a sagging section of the house that was overloaded with a floated concrete floor. He easily could have oversold us on expensive repairs that were unnecessary but he was honest and up front with our issues and reassured us that our foundation was in really good condition for the age of the house. The crew doing the work showed up when they said they would and left the place clean. Highly recommend these guys to get the job done right!"

"They were professional and honest and nice. They looked carefully at the foundation and inspected the basement and crawl space and checked the floors and walls. He said we didn’t need any repairs, and he was honest enough to tell me that. He was also fully vaccinated and wore a mask. I will call him first if my foundation has any problems in the future, but he said everything looks fine right now."
